Lead and manage project planning and governance activities to ensure successful project delivery within scope time and budget
Job Description
Drive comprehensive project planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals and client requirements Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk mitigation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate project financial management practices Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address deviations Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment Utilize industry best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery effectiveness Mentor and guide project managers and team leads to develop their project management capabilities Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management team
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans including scope schedule and resource allocation Ensure adherence to project governance policies and standards across all project phases Oversee project financial management including budgeting forecasting and cost control Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies proactively Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through regular reporting and communication Coordinate with senior leadership to align project objectives with strategic business goals
