Lead administration maintenance and optimization of infrastructure systems and enterprise tools
Manage servers storage virtualization monitoring systems and related core IT components
Oversee tool lifecycle activities including installation configuration upgrades and patching
Maintain high availability and performance of critical tools used by operations and delivery teams
Troubleshoot complex infra and toolrelated incidents driving timely rootcause analysis
Automate repetitive infra and admin tasks using scripts workflows or toolnative automation
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams for infra provisioning capacity planning and performance tuning
Ensure compliance with organizational policies for infrastructure audit readiness and governance
Implement robust backup recovery and failover procedures for missioncritical systems
Support integration of tools with authentication monitoring CICD and enterprise systems
Collaborate closely with security teams to implement hardening standards and secure configurations
Monitor vulnerabilities across tools and servers and support remediation activities
Review security logs s and SIEM events to detect anomalies and support investigations
Conduct periodic access reviews privilege audits and secure credential management
Maintain documentation for infra topology tool configurations operational SOPs and runbooks
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reliability efficiency and system robustness
Mentor junior engineers on infra tools troubleshooting and operational best practices
Act as an escalation point for highseverity incidents and coordinate stakeholders effectively
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes across incident problem and change management
Provide periodic reports on infra health tool performance risks and security compliance status
