Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in general accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and financial close processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, policies, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Generate and analyze reports to support financial decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency with accounting systems such as Tally, NetSuite, Concur, or similar ERP tools.
- Strong understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
