Connect2Learn is a fast-growing EdTech company based in Kolkata, focused on delivering high-quality learning experiences to international students across markets such as the USA, UK, and ANZ. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads specialist to strengthen our marketing team.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns across the funnel, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and ROI. This is an individual contributor role, with the opportunity to lead and build a team based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns end-to-end
• Manage and scale performance campaigns with a focus on ROI
• Develop full-funnel strategies for lead generation, conversions, and retention
• Conduct A/B testing, creative analysis, and audience segmentation
• Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and best practices
Required Experience
• 6 months – 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta performance marketing
• Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns effectively
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and optimization
• Experience in EdTech, D2C, or high-growth environments is preferred
Skills & Attributes
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Highly data-driven and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
