Role Description The Special Events Intern role at Tripling Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support the planning and execution of special events that promote Dufa’s artists and handcrafted products, including pop-ups, exhibitions, workshops, and community gatherings. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, assisting with vendor and artist communication, managing guest queries, and supporting event setup and teardown. The intern will help with on-ground customer engagement, gathering feedback, and working with the team to improve event experiences. The role also involves basic administrative support, maintaining event documentation, and collaborating with marketing and sales to increase event visibility and participation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to assist with organizing and executing special events.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with artists, partners, and attendees.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site, adapt to fast-paced event environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in art, handicrafts, or creative industries; prior internship or volunteer experience in events or retail is an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
