Role Description
We are seeking a Special Events Intern for a full-time, on-site position based in Rajahmundry. The intern will assist in planning, organizing, and executing various corporate and community-driven events. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, managing customer interactions, supporting the event management team, and assisting with sales tasks related to events. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments to deliver impactful events that align with TrezoFin AI's mission.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills, including the ability to organize and execute events of varying sizes.
- Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on interacting professionally and effectively with event attendees and stakeholders.
- Sales knowledge, especially in promoting event-related products or services to potential customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors while displaying strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and participating in the wealth intelligence and financial guidance industry.
- Proficiency with event management software or tools (preferred).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
