Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida for a dedicated Special Educator. The Special Educator will work closely with children facing developmental and learning challenges. Responsibilities include assessing individual learning needs, creating tailored educational plans, implementing teaching strategies that cater to diverse abilities, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. The role also involves collaborating with other therapists and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.
Qualifications
- Experience with Special Education in a Child development Center
- Proficiency in supporting children with Disabilities and designing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs)
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to fostering children's development
- A degree or certification in Special Education or a related field
- Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, or other developmental needs is a plus
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and their integration into learning strategies is advantageous
