Job details:
- Assess students’ learning needs using formal and informal tools
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and materials to suit diverse learners
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction
- Support students with conditions such as:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
- Dyslexia
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, psychologists, and therapists
- Monitor and document student progress regularly
- Use assistive technologies and specialized teaching strategies
- Manage classroom behavior and promote social skills
- Conduct parent counseling and teacher training sessions
Requirements
