🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Assess students with learning difficulties (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, autism, etc.) and identify their individual needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance learning outcomes
- Modify and adapt the CBSE curriculum to suit different learning abilities
- Collaborate with class teachers, coordinators, counsellors, and parents for student progress
- Use multi-sensory and inclusive teaching strategies to improve engagement
- Monitor, track, and document student progress and maintain records
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Provide guidance to teachers on inclusive classroom practices
- Ensure compliance with CBSE inclusive education guidelines
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Special Education / Psychology / Education
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) certification preferred
- B.Ed in Special Education (mandatory for CBSE schools preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in a school setting
