Special Educator Required – Navnidhi Special School
Navnidhi Special School, an initiative of Navnidhi Foundation, is dedicated to providing quality education and skill development to children with disabilities. The school focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every child receives personalized attention and opportunities to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Position: Special Educator

📍 Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi
🕘 Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities
Teach and support children with disabilities using appropriate special education strategies.
Prepare and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) according to each child’s needs.
Plan and conduct adapted lessons and activities for academic and life skill development.
Monitor and document students’ progress and development.
Work closely with parents, therapists, and other professionals for holistic development.
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Special Education and disability support.
Ability to work with children having diverse learning needs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and dedication towards working with children.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Special Education or related field.

Certification in Special Education will be preferred.
