Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Special Educator based in Hyderabad. The Special Educator will collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of children with diverse learning abilities. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing specialized learning programs, providing one-on-one or group support, assisting with social and emotional development, and maintaining strong communication with parents and caregivers. The role requires the ability to create an inclusive and nurturing environment that promotes growth and development for every child.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in special education, individualized education plans (IEPs), and developmental challenges
• Strong teaching, patience, and empathy skills to provide effective support for diverse learners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and parents
• Proficiency in planning and implementing play-based and thematic learning approaches
• Formal certifications or degrees in Special Education, Child Development, Psychology, or other related fields
• Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare is highly preferred
