Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Special Educator at our Hyderabad location. The Special Educator will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs), conducting assessments, developing classroom strategies, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. The role requires close collaboration with students, families, and other educational professionals to address diverse learning needs. Additionally, the educator will be responsible for tracking progress, providing feedback, and adapting instructional strategies to meet developmental goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Special Education methodologies, including developing and implementing Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Skills in assessment, progress monitoring, and adapting teaching techniques to accommodate diverse learning abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to foster inclusive learning environments and employ classroom management strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- Experience in working with children with diverse special needs is highly desirable.
