Role Description – Special Educator
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad (with institutional field visits). The Special Educator will support students with diverse learning needs and contribute to inclusive education practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screening and assessments to identify learning needs
- Deliver psychoeducation using SEL tools
- Work within inclusive education frameworks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including counsellors, teachers, and parents
- Create a student-centered, supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- B.Ed/M.Ed in Special Education (Mandatory)
- Experience with inclusive education models
- Strong IEP planning and implementation skills
- Proficiency in assessments and interventions
- Collaborative and empathetic approach
