Key Responsibilities
• Provide individualized and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement appropriate learning strategies and interventions
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated and inclusive learning
• Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), where applicable
• Work closely with parents and teachers to discuss student needs, progress, and support strategies
• Help students build academic, social, emotional, and functional skills
• Promote an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and valued
What Were Looking For:
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Special Education or a relevant field
• Relevant certification/qualification in Special Education
• Experience working with children with diverse learning needs
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive education
• Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and collaboration skills
• Experience in an IB / international school environment will be an advantage
