Role Overview
We are looking for a committed Special Educator to build an inclusive early learning program for children who may not fit into traditional preschool settings (ages 2–6). You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing a developmentally appropriate, inclusive preschool program tailored to the needs of learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure an inclusive, skill-based curriculum (play-based + evidence-based approaches)
- Collaborate with behaviour psychologists and therapists to ensure holistic intervention
- Lead and manage day-to-day functioning of the preschool program
- Develop and implement IEPs
- Conduct assessments and ongoing progress monitoring
- Write detailed reports and parent updates
- Train and supervise support staff
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-centred learning environment
- Work closely with parents, goal-setting discussions, and regular feedback meetings
Requirements
- RCI License (mandatory)
- Background in Special Education / Psychology / Early Childhood Education
- Experience working with neurodiverse children (Autism, ADHD, developmental delays, etc.)
- Strong understanding of behavioural and developmental frameworks
- Excellent documentation skills
- Leadership mindset and ability to take initiative
