• Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs).
• Prepare worksheets and teaching aids to achieve remedial goals.

Counselling & Student Support

• Provide academic and need-based counselling.
• Support students’ academic and behavioral progress through tailored strategies.

Collaboration & Communication

• Engage with teachers, parents, and counsellors through meetings and workshops.
• Share IEP goals and progress reports with parents.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of interventions.
• Prepare progress reports based on IEP evaluations.

Professional Development

• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and conferences.
