Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Special Education Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized education plans, supporting children with developmental challenges, and collaborating with therapists and families. This role includes working directly with children, using evidence-based techniques to improve academic, cognitive, behavioral, and social skills, and ensuring each child receives personalized, goal-oriented intervention within a multidisciplinary team approach.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Special Education and a thorough understanding of educational strategies and teaching methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with children, understanding their unique developmental needs and creating a nurturing environment
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, therapists, and other team members
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Passion for supporting children with developmental challenges and a patient, empathetic approach
