About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT & CRM Administrator who will play a critical role in maintaining and optimising our CRM (Zoho) system, and providing essential IT infrastructure support across the company.
You must be a high calibre professional, keen to work as part of the Spearhead Team.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Administration (Zoho CRM)
Administer, maintain, and optimize Zoho CRM for performance and compliance.
Provide user support, resolve technical issues, and ensure data quality.
Develop automated reports and dashboards for management visibility.
Manage user access, security, and conduct CRM training.
Support CRM integrations and analyse data for marketing and performance insights.
IT Systems Management & Support
Provide Level 1 and 2 support for desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, SQL, storage, and Fortinet Firewall.
Administer Microsoft Office 365, cloud security, and ensure data backups and recovery.
Manage telephony systems, office Wi-Fi, and biometrics / CCTV devices.
Support virtual training setups and liaise with external technical vendors.
The Key Competencies We Seek Are:
Proven experience in CRM administration (Zoho or similar) and strong IT systems support skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and system optimisation.
Ability to provide effective user training and professional technical support.
Desired Skills & Experience
Degree / Diploma in IT or related field, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in both CRM and IT support.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, server management, cybersecurity basics, firewalls, and backups.
Excellent communication, time management, and troubleshooting abilities; relevant certifications are a plus.
