Job Description
We are looking for a Coordinator to provide critical support to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews to ensure the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for assisting with daily operations, coordinating documentation, supporting cost tracking, and helping maintain project schedules and compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Cost Control
- Prepare job costs for Project Manager’s in preparation of projections
- Documentation
- Prepare submittals, report line damages, etc.
- Job Set Up
- Prepare and schedule pre-cons on all new job
- Ensure line spots are called in
- Prepare necessary permits/inspections pertaining to the job, etc.
- Bonds, PO’s, subcontracts, billing
- Traffic Control plans
- Payroll
- Review time sheet logs
- Support
- Help with billing preparations
- Assist Project Manager’s and Superintendents with any needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, construction coordination, or project support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of construction processes, documentation, and project flow (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively with both office staff and field teams
