About the role

We are currently hiring experienced English teachers for two impactful short-term projects. One is a professional training initiative in Iraq in collaboration with a major oil company, and the other is a seasonal summer camp in Dubai. Qualified candidates are welcome to apply for one or both positions.

Position 1: English Teacher – Oil Company Project (Iraq)


Contract Type: Freelance / Call-Off Basis

Number of Positions: 10

Location: Iraq (secure oilfield sites and off-site training centers)

Schedule: 4-month assignments, 8 hours of teaching per day, 5 days/week

Salary: Starting at AED 20,000/month (5,400 USD)inclusive of round-trip flights

Start Date: Rolling – dependent on client call-off and visa processing


Project Description:

This project delivers English language training to Iraqi professionals in the oil and gas sector. The focus is on improving workplace communication, technical vocabulary, and reaching CEFR B1 proficiency. Training may be delivered:


  • On-site: in secure company camps
  • Off-site: in hotel-based training centers



About the Call-Off Model:
  • There is no fixed teaching calendar — sessions begin only when the client issues a Call-Off.
  • You’ll join a pre-approved instructor pool and may be contacted at any time.
  • Once contacted, you must confirm availability within 48 hours.
  • Each assignment typically runs for 4 consecutive months.
  • This model requires high flexibility and readiness to travel.


Support Provided:

  • Multi-entry Iraqi visa (valid 1 year)
  • Secure accommodation and meals (on-site) or hotel lodging (off-site)
  • Local transportation and security arrangements
  • Pre-departure training and safety briefings


Requirements:

  • CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL certification (min. 120 hours)
  • At least 5 years of experience teaching adults
  • Strong background in business or technical English
  • Excellent adaptability, professionalism, and cross-cultural awareness
  • Willingness to work under strict HSE and security standards



Position 2: English Teacher – ESL Teenager Summer Camp (Dubai)


Contract Type: Part-time (July & August)

Number of Positions: 4

Location: Al Barsha, Dubai.

Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday to Friday (approx. 20 hours/week)

Pay: AED 90–120/hour


Program Description:

Join a leading language school in Dubai to teach English to international teenagers (ages 13–17) in a structured, engaging summer camp. The goal is to build fluency, confidence, and communication skills in a fun and supportive environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Organize classroom lectures and prepare interactive materials
  • Assign homework and monitor student progress
  • Adapt lessons for varying levels and special needs
  • Track attendance and maintain class records
  • Work closely with staff and admin for smooth program delivery


Requirements:

  • CELTA, TEFL, TESOL certification
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience, including teenagers
  • Familiarity with communicative, student-centered teaching methods
  • Patience, energy, and a passion for education
