We are looking for experienced professionals in Pharmacovigilance and Medical Device Complaint Management for a leading organization.
👉 Candidates with Pharmacovigilance experience can also be considered if Medical Device Complaint Management experience is limited.

✔ Strong organizational and team coordination skills
✔ Good verbal & written communication
✔ Analytical mindset with operational excellence approach
✔ Process-driven with strong attention to detail
✔ Team player with stakeholder management skills
✔ Knowledge of Clinical Research & Pharmacovigilance process
📋 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Review complaint cases for accuracy, consistency & compliance
🔹 Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions & policies
🔹 Track and communicate compliance metrics
🔹 Handle case data review for special scenarios
🔹 Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for issue resolution
🔹 Escalate critical issues/problems to management
🔹 Provide training and support to team members
🔹 Support commercial systems aligned with strategic initiatives
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
✅ Experience in Pharmacovigilance / Medical Device Complaint Management
✅ Strong quality & compliance understanding
✅ Comfortable working in US Night Shift
✅ Ability to work in fast-paced environments
