Senior Process Executive (SPE) – Policy Servicing
Location: Chennai, Noida (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift
Domain: Property & Casualty Insurance
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Process Executive to support end‑
to‑
end policy servicing for global insurance customers, ensuring accuracy, quality, and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Process policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Review service requests and source documents for accuracy and compliance
- Update policy data in core systems; maintain trackers using MS Excel/Word
- Meet SLAs/TATs and support queue management during night shifts
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with controls and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers and query resolution
Eligibility
- 2–6 years of experience in insurance or back‑office operations
- Strong English communication and MS Office skills
- P&C insurance exposure preferred
- Willingness to work from office in night shifts
