Under the guidance of your mentor, you'll progressively develop your skills across all CSM responsibilities. To specify Participation in Client Portfolio Management: You'll learn to monitor and contribute to the satisfaction of a client portfolio, helping to develop and track personalized strategies to meet their needs. Client Support and Communication: Working alongside the team, you'll be a primary point of contact for clients. You'll help qualify their requests, ensure timely resolution of their issues, and maintain fluid communication. Client Relationship Development: You'll contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, seeking to understand their challenges and helping to align our services with their objectives. Preparation for and Participation in Client Exchanges: You'll assist in preparing for client meetings and presentations, and may participate in them to discuss service updates, operational changes, and gather their feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams, helping to relay client feedback so it can be incorporated into the development of our offerings. Contribution to Client Onboarding: You'll participate in supporting new clients during their integration, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their experience with our services. Analysis and Monitoring of Metrics: You'll be introduced to tracking client engagement and satisfaction metrics, and you'll help analyze this data to propose areas for improvement. This apprenticeship will provide you with concrete and valuable experience in Customer Success, within a dynamic and innovative company.
