About the role

Sparrow is looking for a Leave Administrator to join our team of leave experts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leave claims and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers and their employees. You will be the primary point of contact for employees going through a leave of absence, guiding them through the process and ensuring their leave is handled properly. This includes processing leave paperwork, managing claims, and coordinating with our payroll team to ensure accurate leave pay. You will also work closely with our customer success team to address any issues or questions that arise during the leave process. The ideal candidate will have experience in leave administration, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping people.
