L1 Support Agent

Sparkrock is looking for a dedicated L1 Support Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to our clients and ensuring they have a positive experience with our services. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, responding to customer inquiries, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
