About the role

Full service marketing and design agency seeks a dynamic individual with excellent communications skills to manage and contribute to the success of multiple accounts to create work that surpasses our client's expectations. This is a long term position with opportunities to grow with our team, so finding the right fit is critical. The compensation is hourly for 37.5 hours per week. The position reports to senior management and works with a team of strategists, designers, vendors, and client representatives. Work is performed in our studio in Collingswood, NJ, just outside Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities Include: • Managing client relationships, project workflow, and communication for multiple accounts • Embracing and understanding the culture of each client to better serve their needs • Composing and updating contact reports and campaign briefs • Developing campaign media plans and managing their execution with internal staff and vendor partners • Collaborative-planning for client social media channels • Analyzing campaign results across traditional and digital media and composing end of campaign reports • Keeping projects and assignments on-track • Writing, editing, and proofing content for website updates, email blasts, social content, press releases, and other projects • Occasional special projects for web, social media, video, and print • Coordinating projects with outside vendors, media partners, and talent • Daily communication with clients, account managers, and coworkers • Occasional assistance with presentations • Some local travel and off-site meetings • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Include: • BA or BS degree in a related field • 1-2 years related work experience, equivalent internships, or freelance work • Strong interest in advertising, branding, digital media, and strategy • Some experience in print, digital, social media preferred • Effective communicator and listener with excellent written and verbal skills • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to and shift-gears and stay on track • Confident, independent, self-starter who is eager to learn and ask questions • Familiarity in Microsoft Office software, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google cloud applications, specifically with writing and spreadsheet applications • Comfortability with Apple computers • Some digital video and production knowledge • Works well in a team environment Candidate Qualities Include: • Effective communicator and listener with excellent written and verbal skills • Detail and deadline-oriented individual who can shift-gears easily while staying on track • Confident, independent, self-starter who is eager to learn • Works well in a team environment has a supportive attitude • Understands how to create potential for themselves, the agency, and its clients
