Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Spare Parts Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing spare parts inventory, processing parts orders, and ensuring timely customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining and controlling inventory levels, coordinating with customers to meet their requirements, providing support for customer inquiries, and handling the procurement and documentation related to spare parts. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Proven experience in Customer Service and understanding client needs
- Expertise in Inventory Control and tracking spare parts availability
- Proficiency in Parts Ordering and maintaining procurement processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
