Job Summary:
The Pump Spare Parts Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of spare parts, consumables, and service solutions for industrial pumps. The role involves identifying customer requirements, providing technical support, and building long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell pump spare parts, retrofits, and maintenance solutions to existing and new customers
• Handle enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and follow up for order closure
• Identify opportunities for annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and service agreements
• Provide technical guidance to customers regarding spare parts selection and compatibility
• Coordinate with internal teams (service, stores, and logistics) for timely delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with clients across industries (manufacturing, oil & gas, water treatment, etc.)
• Conduct site visits to understand equipment condition and recommend suitable spares
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer database

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial pumps and spare parts
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions
• Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement focus
• Basic knowledge of costing and pricing
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Open to Travel at least 20 days in a month.

Qualification:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience:
• 8 to10 years of experience in pump spare parts sales / industrial equipment sales
• Experience in after Sales & service will be preferred

Preferred Industry Exposure:
• Pump manufacturing / service companies
• Water & wastewater industry
• oil & gas sectors
________________________________________
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai and nearby regions
• Valid driving license (preferred)

• Spare parts sales revenue
• Conversion ratio of enquiries to orders
• Customer retention and repeat business
• AMC/service contract closures
