Application Manager / Application Supervisor (f/m/div)

80% remote possible

  • You are responsible for applications for selected applications on different IT environments (PaaS and SaaS environments, non-banking applications).
  • You are responsible for the IT support of the applications along the entire process chain and you are the contact person for all technical issues.
  • You continuously carry out process improvements for software introduction as well as deployment, release and configuration management.
  • The analysis of technical specifications (e.g. architecture descriptions, technical concepts, etc.) and second-level support are also part of your tasks.
  • You implement requirements management in cooperation with the specialist departments and take care of test preparations and implementation.

  • You have a degree in (business) informatics or a related discipline or have completed vocational training with relevant professional experience (e.g. IT application management).
  • You fit in with us and our values.
  • You have initial professional experience in a similar position or experience in setting up and implementing IT systems, IT applications or IT service processes (ITSM).
  • You are familiar with the entire service lifecycle (strategy, design, transition, operation, continuous service improvement)
  • Nice to have: Service management certification (e.g. ITIL Foundations).
  • We require very good written and spoken German.
  • You have a talent for communication, can keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have a strong understanding of processes and interfaces.
