Role Description The Spanish Trainer (Bilingual) will deliver engaging, learner-focused Spanish language training to individuals and groups, ensuring clear understanding and practical application of language skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, adapting teaching methods to different proficiency levels, and providing one-on-one support where needed. The trainer will design and refine curricula, develop instructional materials, and assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational needs and maintaining accurate training records are also key aspects of the role. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for Spanish language programs.
- Proficiency in personalized Tutoring and coaching to support diverse learner needs and levels.
- Strong command of Spanish and English (bilingual), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant degree or certification in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Organizational skills, reliability, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with HR and training teams.
• Prepare learning materials for programs.
• Use a variety of training strategies/learning experience like Role plays, simulations, hands on
etc.
• Conducting surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Stakeholder management.
• Track and compiled collected data.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Communicating training needs and online resources
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Test and review created materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Instructing employee training and onboarding
• Conduct training through new materials.
• Review employee performance and learning
• Research new teaching methods
