Role Description
This is an internship role for a Spanish Pre-sales Engineer, based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, assisting in understanding client requirements, and delivering effective solutions. The individual will work closely with the sales team to demonstrate product functionalities, address technical inquiries, and contribute to successful client engagements.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (Penisular & Latin-American) and English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Knowledge in technical terms & co-ordinate with technical engineers.
- Document meetings, followup with customers
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and present technical solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve queries
- Experience or interest in Sales to assist the sales team and support pre-sales activities
- A strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly
- Familiarity with voice bot technologies or telephony solutions is a plus
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
