People Officer

SPANA's Global Resources team supports SPANA's mission to transform the welfare of working animals, including providing efficient and effective HR delivery across the organisation. This role will report to SPANA's Global People & EDI Manager. We are seeking a People Officer to support processes and systems across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on ensuring high quality and efficient recruitment. The People Officer will also play a key role in continuing the roll out of SPANA's HR platform, Moorepay, which was introduced earlier this year.

SPANA (The Society for the Protection of Animals Abroad) is the global charity for the working animals of the world. Since our foundation in 1923, we have worked where they work, to support the welfare of working animals, including horses, donkeys, mules, oxen, dogs and camels.
