Main Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Drive new lead acquisition through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods, ensuring a consistent inflow of qualified prospects.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Pipeline Management: Independently manage a personal sales pipeline, focusing on maintaining a steady flow of opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, thoroughly understanding their needs and effectively communicating our company’s value proposition.
- Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective clients, conduct product demos, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track sales metrics, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to enhance personal performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and optimize the sales
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine sales pitches and strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 10 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the EdTech field.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for understanding customer needs and fostering lasting relationships.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and conducting virtual product demos.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
- Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for making a positive impact in the EdTech industry.
