<strong>JOB PURPOSE:<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic team player to join our growing organization. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our main office, supporting multiple corporate entities and departments. You will gain hands-on experience through a variety of functions, including customer relations and sales support, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.<br> The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn, willing to jump in wherever needed, and excited to help improve and streamline existing processes. If you enjoy variety, take pride in contributing to a team, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be a great fit. Prior experience in an office or accounting environment is preferred.<br><br>

<strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Intercompany transactions, including project materials, tooling, and supplies</li>
<li>Attention to detail, as traceability is critical.</li>
<li>Job costing, including tracking, reconciling, and reporting job-related costs</li>
<li>Contract administration support, including review, tracking, and invoicing</li>
<li>Sales and Use Tax filings for Idaho and Excise Tax filings for Washington for multiple corporate entities</li>
<li>Contribute to special projects as assigned, such as:<br> • Cost analysis</li>
<li> • Audit support</li>
<li> • Year-end financials</li>
<li> • Keeping minutes at board meetings</li>
<li>Assist all departments to provide coverage, achieving optimal work-life balance and office efficiency.</li>
<li>Answer phone calls and emails, and direct as needed</li>
<li>Assist CEO when necessary. Booking flights/hotels, scheduling, etc.</li>

<strong>PREFFERED</strong> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>An associate's degree or higher in accounting is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Basic analytical business math skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li>
<li>3-5 years of office and customer service experience</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word</li>
<li>QuickBooks accounting software experience required</li>
<li>Ability to organize, adapt, and work in a team environment</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate high motivation as a self-starter who can work independently to manage workload</li>
<li>Proactively identify opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Demonstrate proper phone etiquette.</li>

<strong>COMPENSATION: </strong><br><br>
</div><div>Pay range: $27.00 - $33.00/hour (Negotiable salary option.) </div><div>**Actual hourly level/base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. </div><div> </div><div>
