Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Space Science Educator located in Dwarka. The responsibilities include delivering interactive lessons and workshops on astronomy and space sciences, engaging students with hands-on activities and demonstrations, and designing innovative lesson plans to support scientific learning. The role also involves mentoring students, managing educational events, and fostering interest in space science through effective communication and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Science Education with in-depth knowledge of Astronomy or Space Sciences
- Strong foundations in Physics and Mathematics
- Qualified and certified teacher with experience in educational instruction
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about science education
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field; advanced degrees in Astronomy or related fields are a plus
- Prior experience in conducting workshops or educational activities is desirable
