Third Wave Coffee Roasters was born out of the dream to introduce India to specialty coffee or the ‘Third Wave movement’- a movement dedicated to providing high-quality coffee that’s brewed to perfection from farm to cup. Are you passionate about food quality and safety? Interested in gaining hands-on experience in the QSR industry? We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a QA Intern to join our team at Third Wave Coffee.

Location: Delhi – NCR

💰 Stipend: ₹16,000/month

🕒 Duration: 6 months

What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.)
• Assist in performing quality control checks and internal audits
• Support supplier audits to maintain ingredient quality
• Help maintain proper food storage and handling practices
• Troubleshoot quality issues and propose corrective actions
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or graduates in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields (Preferred)
• Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
• Knowledge of FSSAI, Codex, Legal Metrology, and FOSTAC certification
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
