Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products

Draft/review/modify quality assurance policies and procedures

Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality (Quality inspection of RM, FG & packing

material, In-process quality check)

Investigate customer complaints and in-process non-conformance to find out root cause & suggest corrective/preventive action

Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

Maintain all Quality assurance recodrs related to ISO & FSSC audits

In-process quality inspection at third party processing facilities

Co-ordination with vendors

Requirements –

BTech / MSc Food Technology

Expereince – 0-1 year
