Deliver exceptional luxury wellness experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest care.
Responsibilities
Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Thai and Aromatherapy massages.
Conduct professional client consultation before every treatment.
Maintain treatment room hygiene and luxury presentation standards.
Recommend wellness therapies and retail products.
Ensure guest comfort and personalised service throughout the treatment.
Follow Aurevéa SOPs, hygiene protocols and grooming standards.
Assist in daily spa operations and inventory management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury spa or hotel spa.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Certification in massage therapy preferred.
Team player with excellent guest service skills.
