Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Spa Therapist role located in Lonavala. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa services to guests, including conducting a wide range of treatments such as facials, pedicures, and other specialty spa services. The role involves maintaining a clean and peaceful spa environment, ensuring guest comfort, providing outstanding customer service, and promoting wellness treatments effectively to meet individual needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Expertise in spa treatments, including facials and pedicures
- Knowledge of cosmetology and related practices
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to deliver a welcoming experience
- Ability to maintain a professional, clean, and relaxing environment
- Formal training or certification in spa therapies or cosmetology is preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality or a resort environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-centric mindset
