Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Therapist at Machan Resorts LLP, located in Mawal. The Spa Therapist will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments, such as facials and pedicures, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Duties include customizing treatments to guest needs, offering excellent customer service, maintaining a hygienic and relaxing environment, managing spa appointments, and promoting wellness services offered by the resort.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spa Treatments, including Facials and Pedicures
- Strong skills in Cosmetology and knowledge of related techniques
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
- Ability to create a calming and professional environment for guests
- Prior experience as a Spa Therapist in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for wellness, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
