Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spa Therapist role based in Navi Mumbai. The Spa Therapist will deliver a variety of spa treatments, including facials, pedicures, and other body therapies, in accordance with established protocols and hygiene standards. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, understanding their needs, recommending suitable treatments, and maintaining a calm and clean treatment environment. The role also involves preparing treatment rooms, managing appointment schedules, promoting spa services and products, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Professional skills in cosmetology and spa treatments, with the ability to perform a range of services safely and effectively.
- Experience providing facials and related skincare treatments using appropriate techniques and products.
- Competence in pedicures and basic nail care, with strong attention to hygiene and client comfort.
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build trust with guests.
- Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and infection-control practices in a spa environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, stand for extended periods, and manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred; familiarity with retailing spa products is an advantage.
