Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Supervisor at Fairmont Jaipur located in Jaipur. The Spa Supervisor will oversee daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling appointments, managing receptionist duties, training team members, monitoring inventory, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the spa. The role requires hands-on leadership to deliver a superior guest experience.
Qualifications.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing inquiries professionally
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both staff and guests seamlessly
- Experience in receptionist duties, including appointment scheduling and front-desk management
- Proficiency in training team members to uphold service standards and protocols
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining a relaxing spa environment
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
