Duties:
This is a full-time, on-site Spa Receptionist role located in Bengaluru. The Spa Receptionist will welcome and assist clients, schedule appointments, and manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, managing customer inquiries, maintaining the reception area, and collaborating with spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
The role requires a customer-focused approach to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to manage client communication efficiently and professionally
Clerical skills, including managing appointments, maintaining records, and general administrative tasks
Knowledge of Ayurveda, Panchakarma therapies, wellness treatments or spa services will be considered a plus
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience for clients and guests
Ability to work collaboratively with spa staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer and scheduling software
Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles, preferably in a spa or wellness environment
High School Diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications in hospitality or administration are a plus
Languages: Kannada and English
