Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Spa Receptionist is responsible to manage guest check-ins, bookings, and service enquiries with warmth and professionalism. You will be responsible in coordinating schedules, handling payments, ensure smooth desk-operations and closing. Your support will be required in sales of spa products and upholding the service and hygiene standards.
