Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Manager for a full-time on-site role at our location in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, handling the budget, and ensuring the smooth execution of spa services. The role also involves upholding high-quality standards, implementing wellness programs, and fostering a welcoming environment to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spa Management and operational oversight of wellness services
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience with Budgeting and financial management within a spa setting
- Knowledge of Skin Care services and related products
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Previous experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is preferred
