Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager located in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining high service standards, handling customer relationships, budgeting, and ensuring that spa treatments and offerings meet client expectations. The role demands hands-on involvement with both operational tasks and client interactions to maintain the spa’s reputation for excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spa Management and understanding of Skin Care services
- Experience in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Skills in Budgeting and financial management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a client-focused and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
