Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Spa Manager. The Spa Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day spa operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff, building client satisfaction, formulating budgets, and promoting spa services. The position also entails ensuring consistent delivery of services, monitoring inventory, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Spa Management and knowledge of spa industry operations
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to create exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management
- Basic understanding of Skin Care products and treatments
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, solve problems skillfully, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in management, hospitality, or a related field
