Job Description
Job Summary:
The Student Financial Services Coordinator will be responsible for understanding the processes within the Office of Student Financial Services, as well as how the office corresponds on campus interdepartmentally. The main task of Student Financial Services Coordinator will be to provide clear communication to students regarding their student account, perform administrative functions associated with daily office operations, and to assist the Student Accounts Manager and Financial Aid Manager in day-to-day responsibilities. The coordinator will also schedule, coordinate, and process student finance functions including payment plans, refunds, communications, and payment options to minimize aging accounts and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance regulations. The Student Financial Services Coordinator must not only exhibit good customer service skills but also the ability to handle and resolve discrepancies.
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all students, faculty, staff, external organizations, and the general public regarding Student Financial Services.

Audit, maintain and manage student accounts including blocks, credits, compliance, registration, and graduation clearance.
