This position is responsible for successfully assembling orders, securing finished goods, including labeling trays in proper sequence and moving into designated staging lane. Selectors will select and build tray stacks (units) of product based on the labels they are given, while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and accuracy. Work environments vary depending on position and include but are not limited to cooler, dry and frozen room temperatures. - Select and itemize trays of product according to company specifications
- Wrap, tag and secure trays properly
- Sustain a standard pick-rate (1000 individual packs per hour) as well as fill-rate (accuracy rating of 99.5%) while working safely in a fast paced environment.
- Build trays in accurate sequence, move into designated staging area.
- Keep records on the use and / or damage of stock and productivity.
- Clean warehouse, maintain temperature control and assist in upholding the highest level of AIB standards possible

ESSENTIAL DUTIES |
- Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.
- Follows pick sheet and accurately selects products within breakfast warming area; builds stacks of trays, safely transports product to designated staging area, wraps and tags trays (units) for distribution to customer.
- Meets company productivity standards.
- Observes safety and security procedures, reports potentially unsafe conditions, reports injuries/accidents immediately, uses materials and tools safely and correctly.
- Other duties as assigned.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS |
- One year previous experience working in a warehouse environment as an order selector or similar capacity
- Must poses a strong attention to detail, have strong mathematical skills including the ability to count, add and subtract quickly
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with pressure and deadlines regularly.
- Must be capable of working in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold
