<div>This is an ideal position for someone desiring to work in the rewarding, fast-paced, and growing field of outpatient physical therapy. You will work on a team to bring new business to the practice and strengthen relationships with existing and past patients as well as Dr. offices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a very high level of attention to detail. This position will report directly to the management team and has the potential for professional growth with well-established brand recognition. <br> </div><div>Base Salary 40-50K Plus Bonus Options <br> </div><div>Primary Duties: <br> </div><div>Establish and promote personal relationships with local El Paso physicians, referral sources and staff members in the southern TX region. </div><ul>
<li>Conduct market and competitor research. </li>
<li>Coordinate community outreach events and maximize public relations. </li>
<li>Work exceptionally well in a team-based environment while maintaining a high level of productivity. </li>
<li>Visit and communicate with 60 to 100 Dr.s' offices per week resulting in 100+ referrals per week. </li>
<li>Facilitate direct referrals to the business from the community. </li>
<li>Maintain and increase digital media strategies across various platforms including live streaming and short video production. Experience with Canva and social media preferred. </li>
<li>Organize in-services with physician offices. </li>
<li>Conduct meaningful research into past and existing customers to recommend future successful campaigns for business development. </li>
</ul><div> </div><div>Minimum Qualifications: <br> </div><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in related study. </li>
<li>Well known and established in the community </li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. </li>
<li>Self-motivated with passion for marketing and advertising. </li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li>
<li>Experience with Customer Relations Management software </li>
<li>Comfort and confidence in face-to-face sales/marketing. </li>
</ul><div> </div><div>Preferred Qualifications: <br> </div><ul>
<li>Facebook and Google ads experience for business. </li>
<li>Ability to strategically evaluate and assess the needs of clients. </li>
<li>Excellent business sense as well as problem solving, project management, and analytical skills. </li>
<li>Medical experience and terminology knowledge preferred. </li>
<li>Bilingual preferred. </li>
